A Lead in So Cal

I have a business client who is in the process of starting another side business and needs general liability, e&o coverage and possibly a bonding insurance in future. He decided to ask me instead of his current p&c broker (a possible added business at renewal?). Anybody interested can pm me with an email addy or a phone number. TY.

P.s. The client prefers a broker.

Do you know what SIC code the business is (or will be?). A blanket request for E&O coverage won't likely yield fruitful results. Any P&C agent that has dealt with this knows there are limits to what markets are available.

Don't know which SIC it will be but as far as I understand it's a HUD contracting business for property management, marketing and sales.
