Leadco Health Leads             Go to Top

Just wanted to give my experience so far with Leadco.....I started using them last week, have had 8 leads come in. 4 were credited for various reasons (out of state but local phone number, etc), 4 good leads. Placed 3 cases out of 4 leads so far with 100% contact. Lucky start maybe.....but the quality on these seems very good compared to the crappy ProspectZone leads I've been getting for free through USPC. One of the health leads was also looking for disability insurance, so that was a nice bonus. Solid ROI so far...

Are you using them locally or statewide? I found their leads to be less desirable, but of course it varies by area.

That's a great start. It may take a more than eight leads to draw any conclusions though...

Leadco is not a bad company. Certainly, better leads than PZ. Their communication problems seem to have been settled.

Of course, they do NOT target the self-employed, despite what their website says.

I am using them locally only for my area code. My area is like an entirely different state....average income up here is $80k+ and some counties over $100k, average income rest of the state is closer to $40k.

I put in $200 to start with and assuming these apps go through the commission on these alone would be ~$2,100 for the first year.....if the one person takes the disability coverage, that number would be closer to $6,000. Even if I don't sell a single other case, I can't complain. Their customer service has been good so far too, haven't had any problems. I think the ROI will be heavily dependent on the areas you're using as with anything else.

My only complaint is that there is no way to filter for 2+ applicants like I can with ProspectZone leads for an extra $1/lead. I get more families that way. Getting leads for single people has a sucky ROI because the premiums are so low, but the disability case was a single person lead, so again, I can't harp too much on it.

Frankly, I'm amazed that you're doing so well with them. I sold a few policies with their leads in the past, but the quality was significantly lower than insureme at the time.

Of course, now, insureme is going in an entirely different direction, so maybe leadco will look good by comparison.

Like I said, could have just been a few good ones, but the ROI is already there on the whole purchase and I still have ~$160 of the original $200 left, which will give me another 20 leads. I would think I should be able to sell at least 2 of those in addition to what I've already done. I can say that I have not had any leads with information that was completely bogus. The ones credited were almost all people with area codes for my territory that lived in other states.

I use their shared, I like them, sunk 120 into them, 8.95 with my filters, sold one, still 6 left, good crediting terms, I signed up to do their live transfers also, I will report back on them..., the one thing I dont like, is their calendar pausing...

Re: Leadco Health Leads             Go to Top

I have been using them for a month now. I have not been very impressed, other than their credit policy. I also would like to know who insureco.org is. That is the website listed in the address bar when I go to my account. I Googled it and it is a place to request quotes, but they also have an 800 number for you to call, so they can sell you a policy it looks like. Reminded me of what Vimo is doing with their shared leads. Quality of the leads has been spotty at best. I am going to give it a rest for now after my credits run out and try some other avenues.

I think there are multiple lead vendors who attempt to skim the cream, and sell you the scraps. It's one of the reasons I quit buying them altogether.

Re: Leadco Health Leads             Go to Top

There is more than one lead vendor that also owns a call center or agency. They claim nothing is skimmed and their agencies/call centers receive the same leads.

If that's the case it would make those lead vendors the most retarded business people alive. You're not gonna find away to give an agency you own "the best" leads? Ok.

Other PZ and Vimo, do any other lead vendors own a call center?

"We also offer our agents the opportunity to sale anywhere..."

"Telephonic Agents has the most comprehensive training in the health insurance industry. With our training program you will learn how to actually sale and close over the phone."

Maybe when they master 2nd grade grammar people will take them seriously.

And This?

$499.99 One Time Refundable "Invest In Yourself" Fee

They want a $500 "fee" to contract with them? Run.....run far and fast!

Re: Leadco Health Leads             Go to Top

You also have to love the assumed closing ratio.

Lowest Earning Potential

Let's assume that you are just getting started and only sell 10 policies out of your 25 initial leads!!

That is one heck of a closing ratio off of what I am sure are less than stellar leads.
