I haven't had much lead flow with Leadco in quite a while, caught this post and see I am not the only one experiencing a dropoff in leads. I put a support request in and received a callback from Kevin at Leadco.
He told me there has been a "high demand" for these leads lately in Florida and I wasn't paying a high enough price point for my leads.
He went on to say, some agents are paying a buck or two more than I am, so the only way for me to get leads will be to increase my price per lead. Nearly fell off my chair. The last thing I want to do is pay another two bucks for prospects that just came off the banana boat.
Apparently, the new system will be a bidding system. I understand it's good business practice for the bottom line to send more leads to the highest paying party, however, it would have been nice to know about this priority system in advance. Glad I am not on auto-rebill. It really doesn't matter as I probably won't be getting another lead anyway since I am not paying enough.

I still have not heard from them. I sent them numerous emails and left some messages.
I sense they are either very disorganized.
One other thing...They say they target the "self-employed." Based on my experience and a few others I talked to, the percentage of their leads that are SE are no higher than anybody else. Very low, in fact.
When you attempt to contact them on the site (via email) you get this:
Site error: the file C:\Websites\Leadco.biz\support\swift.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_win_5.2.dll to be installed by the site administrator
I submitted a support ticket bottom left of the webpage, click the image for support ticket. You can post an email to them. Kevin got back to me today. I put the request in Saturday. Maybe your not paying enough per lead to get support. LOL.
SE my %ss. Most of my leads hardly speak English. More like unemployed.
You pay $13.95 for an exclusive lead. That same lead can possibly sell 2 times as shared for $8.95 a pop. That would make the company $17.90, who do you think the computer calculates the sale in favor of?

Yeah Rob. That's fine. I just wish I knew those were the rules. I was under the assumption, I was getting leads at a certain amount and wasn't aware I had to pay more in order to receive leads.
What is happening at leadco is if I pay $14.95 for an exclusive lead and another agent is paying $17 per exclusive, all the leads are going to the other agent. I didn't know that, that's all.
I know, I was just saying for others as well, also not condoning it, just informing.

Just to add...I don't have a problem with the lead source other than feeling I am less of a valued customer for underpaying. If it's $17 a lead for exclusive or $7 shared, so be it. Just let us know the prices are non-negotiable.
The demographic I like to reach is not there for me with leadco, but I have a positive ROI with them and the credits are fair as well as satisfactory customer service. I, for one, have not had any problems receiving a speedy reply to my emails from them either.

I did hear from Stacy today. I appreciate that. I had a few questions and concerns regarding use of affiliates, how leads are generated ...max # of agents that receive leads...agreements with InsureMe and NQ regarding selling and receiving leads etc...
He did answer some questions, but kept asking me to call him instead of just putting the answers to my questions in writing.
He has a business to run, so I'll wait to hear from him. And if the answers are what we all would like to hear, I'll continue to buy leads from them. And probably recommend them as well.

No news here. While they say the target the "self employed," that is not true. I still am waiting for answers to some of my questions from them. And as mentioned, mysteriously they stopped sending leads a while ago. I have them on vacation mode.
Maybe Dave or New Guy or one of the SEO gurus can find out what key words they use.
