This list is right on the money. Clients so often want to do the craziest things. Life would be so much easier if they would get the proper tax and legal advice before coming to us for policies.

When they don’t, we get put in a position where we have to tell them they are doing the wrong thing, but can’t go out on a limb because our liability coverage won’t protect us.

What is the best way to give tax and legal advice without sounding like you’re giving tax and legal advice?
