$15Million Term?

Got a suspect looking for $15 Million on a 20 yr term.
Can't imagine why a 34 yr old would need this - especially with a mailing address as an apartment. I have a call into him and waiting on a call back. Just a funny for today.

He probably wants $150k and didn't figure the right amount of zeros in there....we get quote requests all the time looking for "$3,000,000" when they really wanted $300k or $30k and thought it said "$30000.00"

I would agree with everyone else, especially if its a lead.

But just for sh#ts & giggles, with LFG at preferred plus it would only be $6700/year ..... @ standard it would be $16,600/year ....
Either way it would be a nice case, if he really needs that much

Or make enough money to substantiate a DB that size. I have a client who we got approved for $10mm based on a $300k income (he's pretty young). Unfortunately, he didn't take all of it , but it can be done if the financials are correct.
