OK, that takes it out of SITerm. As BNTRS stated this should be very doable. You need to get a drug questionnaire and have your IMO shop it for you. Also was it prescribed by his DR
or hospital? I had one where we were able to answer all the questions no, however, it popped up on a scrip check. He needs to completely honest with you and you need to give you IMO a full picture. Do not dole out the information.
