Not sure if allowed to back date but the easiest and fastest is Sagicor. Non-med to $250,000.

If not just about anyone as long as no MIB or script hits. And as long as the paramed and labs are all good. Stay away from Genworth as they APS just about everyone. As long as she does the exam within a few days of the app and no hits you could have a policy in under a month.
