Antiphospholipid Syndrome, What Carriers?

I have a client that has antiphospholipid syndrome. It is basically a syndrome that causes clotting and her treatment is and has been for many years taking coumadin. You can learn more here...

(I put a link here but it was disallowed because I haven't made 10 posts. You can learn more with a quick google search)

She was declined by Transamerica where I had placed another person with a different clotting issue, also on coumadin, and was rated Table 4.

Interestingly enough, she takes coumadin and has no other issues or side effects and goes about her daily life. The client who was accepted has issues he has to deal with from time to time.

Were looking at $100,000, female, age 52, normal body build, non smoker (in Colorado).

Any ideas? Thanks.

Chris

I just had a client with Antiphospholipid Syndrome that got a T-4 rating as well with Penn Mutual. So it seems thats about the best he can get.

Hope your case went well a few years ago, let me know if you were able to get a better rating somewhere...
