Average Compensation

I am curious to your experiences concerning compensation per year. Not asking for exact numbers or anything like that just generals. This way I can see what my minimum expectations should be.

I am going from part time in the securities and L&H business to full time shortly. I know what I have generated part time but am curious what realistic would be full time could be.

Thoughts on dollars earned plus on the amount of activity by producer. Because I know compensation is a correlation of activity.

If you do a lot of estate planning type cases.....sky's the limit. If you're doing a lot of 20 year term for $250k on a 35 year old.....maybe $50k if you work hard.
