Great article!

Ben Feldman

My favorites:
“You haven’t done anything wrong. You just haven’t done anything, and that’s what’s wrong.”

“You need the intestinal fortitude to cold call. Perceptions change over time. Intestinal fortitude works. So prospect.”

“It takes a smart person to make money. But it takes a genius to keep it. Uncle Sam has a first mortgage on everything you earn and own.”

“It cost something to do something. And it cost something to do nothing. But doing nothing costs much more!”

“May I present an idea that has been very valuable to a lot of people?”

As the saying goes: "If it isn't broke, then it doesn't need to be fixed".

My favorite is when he tells the husband that he is going to trade the small monthly premium check for a very large DB check and personally deliver it to his wife when he dies. There is more to the story, but to those of you who are familiar with his book you know what I am referring too.
