I'm with you on this one .. get a corrective chiropractor to fix your nerve ..eat "healthy" ... but not what the mainstream describes as healthy...
a lot of juicing ..... organic non/gmo diet ..and supplement with nutrients you can't get like vitamin D and Iodine ...

table 6 sounds quite high .. do they have frequent flare ups? maybe the anemia is a bad sign
