Chesapeake Life Now Texas Life Ins.????

I got new contracting paperwork today from Chesapeake. They are now operating under the name Texas Life (or maybe was purchased by them?)

I have never heard of Texas Life and no nothing about them. Can anyone shed some light on this? Todd had stated awhile back that Chesapeake may be going out of business. Guess he was right!

The Term and U.L. side of Chesapeake stop taking new app last Oct.

Wilton RE bought Chesapeake for their block of business.

The homeoffice is not there anymore. It was in Oklahoma City, but now they are in Nashville Tn. Well the few girls they have left as a home office.

What will end up happening to help the F.E. IMO is they will just try and move the agents over to another company or say the company is changing their name.
