Current Weight Instead of Avg Weight??

Hi guys,
Is there a company that will person's current weight instead averaging it with last years?

Here's a little background.
5'10 current 235 was 280 last year. He's working with a nutrition specialist..

First look at the apps. Some ask if there has been a change of weight in the last year, some do not. Secondly you need to guess if the amount and med history is going to trigger an APS. Also reviewing build charts helps, some companies like Prudential will give preferred where others offer standard.
Rule of thumb is adding 50% back on if major weight loss.

A lot of carriers only go back six months. If they're stable for over six months the cardiovascular risk is all but moot.
