I thought Soylent Green.was Obama's new health care plan.In the next town over from me;a lady 70+ ;was arrested for burying her dog in her back yard. Within the city limits that's not allowed;she had to post a $2000 bond and go to court..Maybe with a human,just gift wrap a large box,and place on side the of the road.
