Good Cd Alternative?

What perm life products /companies do you guys like for an alternative to a cd?

What I'm looking for is a good place for my clients to park lump sum $, that gives them a chance to get decent growth on it, and something with good liquidity (low or no surrender charges) - should they have a need to get to the $. Living benefit riders are a plus, but not necessarily a must have.

Someone told me NA rapid builder was a good option, but I don't know the product. Any suggestions as to what you guys like? Btw, I prefer WL over IUL, but open to any and all suggestions.
