Jun 19, 2016 #2 P pfg1 Guru 1000 Post Club 1,849 I can't help you, but you are not alone...I don't think any carriers make it easy to learn their systems. LOL I will say, some are alot easier and more user friendly than others though, but I've never seen Penn's.
