My best friend just passed away yesterday. It just makes you realize how short life can be. He was only 31.

Not 100% sure yet. He passed in his sleep. He has had some sort of heart condition for years. He had to take medicine to slow his heart beat.

I thought about death back in the college years tripping on acid when a frat brother didn't come back after a break. He was killed in an accident with his mother leaving only the father.

One person then told me that if you think about it, the sooner it will come. I don't thinkuch about my own death but do think about what will happen if I did go unexpectedly.

Mark, hope all goes well with you and prayers to you. Keep the faith and what happens will happen, just a matter of what you do with the time you have, especially with family and close friends.
