If I may inquire, how were you able to get your bank to refund you?

I had all my email correspondence where Robert promised to refund, then he dragged his feet and I kept after him. I also modified the agreement before I got started stating if the leads sucked I would get a refund. he agreed, but never signed the modified agreement, but it was enough to force him to refund.
these guys count on people NOT following through to get their refund.. thats how they make money. I cannot fathom running a business like this, where you KNOW you are ripping people off, and acting like you CARE about their careers.
they need to rot in jail for a long time.
