Your survey is for customers, not agents. The vast majority of us on these forums are agents who sell life insurance.

I filled it out, too. I'm going to post the link on my agency FaceBook page, as well. A couple of recommendations though: 1) on question 8, add a choice for "Advisor in person at my home or business" 2) Add a comment box at the end for "Other comments". Sometimes people like to elaborate a bit on why they made certain choices, and that could provide some extra insights for your research project. Hope it goes well for you!
