List of Brokers Needed

As mentioned, DigitalBGA is telesales oriented. We build tools and technology, and train agents specifically in telesales. You need an illustration by 5pm for your face to face appointment? Nope, we are not a good fit.

1. Leads: Yes, we have them. We sell leads to agents at the cost we acquire them at. You are getting access to organic, PPC, and shared (for newbies) at a huge cost savings (we buy/generate many thousands a month). You will not get this lead quality elsewhere, unless you personally generate them (we teach you that as well). We have failed with so many lead sources, that we only recommend/put our names behind winners.

2. Comp: we pay the highest street levels available set by the carriers themselves. Everyone here calls street something else...we are actually giving the maximum amount the carriers pay directly. Yes, we realize that some pay higher..those that pay higher comp really have nothing additional to offer (see #1 above). For those producers, we pay a lead bonus monthly...those additional leads mean higher net commissions hitting your bank account at the end of the day.

3. Training: We have a foundational training series that all agents go thru in starting with us. This teaches the foundation of telesales and online marketing/selling.

We also train on lifestyle, automation, technology (computer hardware, setup, standing vs. sitting desks, health and wealth etc.)

4. Support: We are a saas company at heart, and all support is provided inside of an extensive online support/knowledgebase. Any outstanding questions are submitted thru a ticket based system and receive priority over phone calls and email.


DigitalBGA is a self service BGA, backed by a virtual team that is amazing at what they do. Are we a brokers alliance? No. We are very very niche in who we work with, not all agents that contact us are a good fit, and that is OK. We believe in business partnerships that are beneficial to both, and really get involved in our agents' businesses and their day to day. We are not a typical BGA with their hands out, making overrides for simply existing.

You would need to talk to one of the contracting specialists at CPS. Term commissions can be over 100% of annual commissionable premium based upon the carrier. Using a broker, such as CPS, will give you access to case design and their term/permanent illustration software.

2. online application (self apps too)
3. back office support (through broker, including app follow up)
