When selecting an insurance carrier, is it important to have a strong local manager? I'm looking at several carriers and I'm just curious if I will be working more with the local manager or the home office? One of the carriers I'm considering has great products and compensation, but I have not been impressed with the local manager.
I guess the better question is after I get appointed will I mainly be dealing with the company or the local manager for assistance?
Thanks.
