Return of Premium Insurance

If I sell a Return of Premium with a disability rider(lets say with American General, TransAmerica,ING etc) will the Insurance Carrier return all of the premiums(including the disability rider cost) to the client? Assuming he keeps his policy in force for the term duration

I appreciate your feedback

Thanks

Ian

Hey Ian,

Depends on the carrier. Example: Cincinnati Life used to return the riders also but does not now.

Edit : Assuming ROP Term. If you build one using a Universal Life policy you can get it all back.

Yep... some carriers return the entire premium and some excluding the riders. Give that insurance company a call or run an illustration to verify.
