Hmm could be, I thought it was all of their term express but I could be wrong.

Many times a 30 year ROP is the same or less than a 15 or 20 year. The ROP or rdpu can be close to the 15 year rop or rdpu amount. Of course issue age restrictions may dictate the plan. Depends on the goal. Personally I really like having rdpu options.

Uhl may be another option.

It is term express but I don't think the they offer ROP on the 15, only the 20 and 30.
