Huge swings in severity with MS. Is he in great health otherwise as in running marathons or wheelchair bound and needs someone to feed him? Looking for $25,000 or a couple million?
Last MS I did was T2 with UoO. GUL

Relapsing-remitting type,>1 yr since diagnosis and mild to moderate symptoms
could try Trendsetter Transamerica with a possible Standard Express, but any more than moderate diagnosis, this would be a decline with that company.
