Need to know which carriers are more lenient on Rheumatoid arthritis. Client no longer taking any medication for the condition (was in the past). Without condition would likely qualify at preferred or preferred plus with most any carrier. Thanks in advance.

Will depend on a lot (last meds, date, flare-up current diagnosis, etc.) But I would start with quick quotes to SBLI, Pru, and Banner with all the specifics.

Pru has a credits program specifically for RA.

Thanks Ray. Will start with those three.

Guess I'm just chopped liver. Lol.

Phoenix doesn't appear to offer the face amount needed for this person ($1,000,000) for a 20 year term on a 47 year old. And at $500k they aren't remotely competitive assuming similar underwriting with the other carriers mentioned.

With that said, I may give United of Omaha a shot as well.

Feel better now? ;-)

Tahoe is right as usual. Phoenix is expensive as **** but they'll tell you it's easy and pays good comp.

I've had good luck with Pru for a few cases.
