do you know why iran is not covered ?, in Iraq & Syria have war but iran not & I think insurance company want to cover country that haven't war
but I am still waiting for other answer

All these create a hard to calculate level of risk, so most insurers shy away. You could try a Lloyd's of London company as they specialize in higher risk insurance. Good luck.
