TransAmerica Internal Replacement

If policy is 10 years old and it is $3000 more per year? The new policy isv$3000 more. For clarity.

If what you are saying is the new policy is $6,000. Target/premium then you may get the $3,000 difference. I would check your contract. I do not know if the different outlets or IMOs handle it differently.

Didn't know he had a policy with them at application. He makes a mill a year and said I think I might have another policy but I'll find out for you. Originallybwe were replacing a John Hancock policy. He also said I'll probably just keep it if I do have another policy. He talked to his wife it's a Trans policy and she said they should get rid of the old one because it only has10 years left. He got approved. So I was going what happens if I place it? The premium is 12k the old one is 8k. I guess I could try to convince him to convert part of the old one.

Yikes. That's a tough lesson to learn...get full information before proceeding.

Can you not write it with another carrier?
