Weight (you have to lie to me by 100 pounds to eveb make the medal stand anymore), smoking, alcohol/drug use, unadmitted diabetics (and undiagnosed diabetics), hepatitis... these are some of the biggest issues I've seen.

MY JOKE:
Who are the only bigger liars than insurance agents?
Our customers!

A cabdriver told me that the two reasons people hate cabbies:
One is that they are driving too fast and reckless
The other complaint is from their passengers who are mad that they dont drive fast enough!

Same way with insurance agents:
When we're making the sale, we're too pushy and hard sell
But then later when there's a claim they are mad that we didnt push them harder for more coverage!

Start by reading them the fraud warning. Then set the tone that insurance fraud is serious and stupid to try. But crooked agents will assist you with it because they will still get paid and be long gone when it gets discovered.

I do the same thing, I mention how it isn't worth it and there are people out there whose job is find insurance fraud and handle it.
