Start with people who love someone. First you have to care about someone more than yourself. If they want it bad enough, they'll find the money.

It goes without saying, the more income they have the more premium they can pay. But if they don't really care about anyone else, they won't buy it no matter how rich they are.

If you could pick the stats on all your prospects what would your target market be?

35, Married, kids, homeowner 50k?

Mortgage protection. People will always be buying homes, people who have recently bought a home especially in this economy have money.

They have an immediate need because they are so happy that they just purchased there new home they want to protect it and they have family on the mind!
