Be more specific?

Bob this is what gets me about you. You think you hang the moon and stars.
You're like Trump without the money.

As you destroy your business, you never catch on that nobody has to do what you command them to do.

Good luck Bob, You've taken your attitude from that former forum section and brought to where you make money. The wisdom of your decision to do that speaks volumes.

Define whole life.

I consider no lapse UL to be whole life. I have others who say so, whole life is different. They prefer the generic term "permanent life" to describe what I have typically called whole life.

Question: What are you referring to when you say whole life?

No Larry, this is pretty darn simple. Someone calls me a liar. I have every right to ask what lie I am supposed to have told.

I realize you don't need any specifics to confirm your conclusions, but then not everyone has the same ill will toward me as you do. And please, save me from the patronizing BS.

When a person is properly educated and licensed on a subject they tend to use correct terminology.

If I sold GUL and called it WL I could get sued. (and it would be a real lawsuit with actual merit)

Bob? I don't dislike you, that would mean you mattered to me.

As I have many times before tried to save you from yourself. All anyone has to do is read your posts to see what I mean.

I am sorta sad that you can't control yourself to maintain your business. You've made so many bad turns on this topic that after a while it's just sad.

No point asking, you ignored me anyway.

And the reason GUL is not whole life is...

Once again, I define whole life as a product that is in force for the "whole" of a person's "life". Where do you think the term "whole life" came from?

When I sold whole life (back in the stone age) I never pushed the notion that you bought it so you could get cash back at 65. I sold it to deliver a death benefit when someone died, not if. Most other agents seemed to be selling it as a great little savings plan.

While I have many critics in the insurance industry, I don't seem to get quite the same level of criticism from those outside the industry. Why would that be?

Perhaps because they don't know very much about life insurance?

That's pretty neat. You could also call it a mutual fund. Or an IRA. As long as you are calling it something that it's completely not just go all the way. Most of your customers wouldn't know.

Whole-life MUST have a guaranteed endowment age. That's what whole-life is. GUL is not the same product as whole-life.
