Does anyone have any feedback on this company? Good, bad, indifferent? I've heard they start contracting at 75% - is that true? Thanks...

We broker LSW. I cannot post on here what we pay, but if you want to drop me a line I'll send you our top schedule.

LSW has an excelltn indexed product with some built-in riders to help close a sale. It's definitely worth looking into.

Are you saying that they pay the same 90% on both UL and Term? Do they have a good WL Policy?

Is there a law against you posting top or normal commissions?

Yes, and thank you for asking. After sleeping for the better part of the week, today was the first day this week I have really ventured out. However, I am a bit tired tonight. Got sunburned on the face pretty bad today during three baseball games...two with my 8 year old and one with my 12 year old. But, that's ok...3 games, three wins.

As for my pointed remark above...I pride myself in being able to spit nails even at my lowest point.

One of my brokerage houses I use- is telling me I should sell LSW but I really know nothing about them. Elaborate, somebody, please.

LSW has some excellent UL and Annuity products especially Indexed products. Their Guatenteed Lifetime Income Rider on the Indexed Annuity is one of the best features in the market for a client. Agent comp is very fair, but the agent share is up to the IMO.

LSW is a good company with solid products. On their term, they are not close to competitive until you get into the higher bands....over $500k Face Value. Their UL products, along with the included riders, are some of the strongest impact products you can put on the table. -- I'm not saying that "better" isn't out there....just saying that this is good stuff.

Re: Life of the Southwest             Go to Top

Great products! for sure. No smoke and mirors on the annuity side like some. Great pay on the annuity. I am at 11% on some of the annuity products and 90%contract with life. Not competitive on the term products, but than again they are a great company.
