Does anyone have a suggested Live Transfer (Hot Transfer) company they use with good ROI?
I hear Lead Co has a pretty smooth transfer operation and good return policy but as I have read in the forum their shared leads are not so hot.
Any help or suggestions would be helpful.

I see all companies for hot transfer about the same. The only difference is the list which determines your ROI. Good list will have more transfer and bad list not much transfer.
Now you can only do the predictive dialer, you may better do it yourself instead of using other companies. It is cheap to buy a software and start calling predictively.

Consumer goes to website, calls their 800 number. From there it is transfered to my agents where they have the option of pressing 1 to accept or 2 to decline the transfer. We would only be charged if;
A - We press 1
B - At that point the call is recorded for 2 minutes which gives us time to pre qual them to ensure they are a qualified lead (H/W pre-x etc.).
C - If A and B = qualified prospect we are charged.
We carry the full spectrum of Health and some Life products now, so I would think the numbers should work out because we can literally offer anyone a plan.
Am I on the right track?

Depends on the caliber of prospect that is transferred.
Do they have volume?
Precise Leads said they only produce 15 health live transfers a day in Florida, and 5 agents are taking them. So it's an average of 3 live transfers a day per agent .
If they were families , have current coverage and are insurable, I would do it.
Wow. You just want to be sued don't you? This was banned effect 9/1 buddy. If you are still doing this, I suggest you keep a good attorney on retainer.

To get a good ROI, you have to be adept at handling live transfers. I have learned that agents who have a history of cold calling businesses to get leads do very well at live transfers, agents that have not had that experience do poorly. I have used the same source data one day for the same city, using the same dialer, and got 2 completely different experiences. The lady that was new to the sales side of the business, did well, the seasoned agent did poorly under the exact same circumstances. the recordings clearly indicated that he was not comfortable with the transfers. The Lady wrote an app, got the credit card info, on her first attempt on the dialer, plus got 2 more solid leads to boot!

I have just been informed that we wrote another app off the dialer campaign that ran on 7-15 ourselves.

I produce twice that many in FL, for 5 agents.

You obviously have never run a dialer these days. The list is the critical aspect because if you run a b2c list, you need an electronic signature for any kind of press #1 campaign, unless you are offering HIPPA info, or you are a charity, or taking an opinion poll, or broadcasting a political campaign. Most hosted dialers will not even allow you to use a b2c list. I use b2b data which has no restrictions of this nature.
