Sorry to bring up that company again, but...................

Does anybody have a recent Bankers Life & Casualty Short Term LTC Application in CA they could e-mail me?

Or possibly another state, if its the same?

I wanted to see what their questions are these days to qualify for that plan.

Sure, here is page 2, the health questions. I think they're the same for every state.

1) Are you breathing? yes___ no___
2) Are you presently dead? yes___ no___
3) Are you limbless? yes___ no___
4) Are you presently on Hospice Care? yes___ no___
5) Are you morbidly obese? yes___ no___
6) Have you ever eaten another human being? yes__ no__

Depending on your answers to these questions, either a 'Yes' or 'No' may make you ineligible for coverage.

If you have answered either a 'Yes' or 'No' to any of the above questions, you may or may not be eligible for coverage.
