Can anyone recommend several good Health carriers I could contract with? I'm primarily a P&C agent, but I want to get more active in individual health.

I've used Unicare in the past but I'm less than thrilled with their support (granted I'm a newb with insurance but still).

In IL if it matters. Contacts and contact info would be great if you have it handy!

UHC, Aetna and I assume BC is in your state.

Celtic is based in Illinois, so maybe their rates are competitive there.

You want to sign up with Assurant. They have the best plans in IL. Stay away from BCBS, their plans are not competitive.

Seriously, in IL BCBS has the best low deductible PPO plans. For higher deductible plans and HSAs Humana has some decent plans.
