Looking for Independent Agency for Sale Go to Top

I am looking to purchase a book of business from an existing and established agency. Been to agencies4sale website but not interested in buying a Brooke agency or Allstate agency. I am in Texas, specifically the Houston area. Does anybody have any good websites or info on where to buy? Thanks!
