Looking for a IMO or Agency

I have been in the business for about 4 months. I am looking for an organization to work for that specializes in selling term life insurance over the phone, and has multiple carriers for example(AIG, Transamerica, ING, Genworth, West Coast & SBLI). An organization that has back office support and that can provide me with leads at a lower split( higher split for self-generated). I am licensed in Illinois and want to be eventually licensed in many more. My past experience was with a call center.
Can any one point me in the right direction.

Ash Brokerage - Home

Excellent back office support, better than any other brokerage we've used and offers all of the companies you mentioned and more. They do not offer leads as far as I know, but you are better off buying your own anyway if you're halfway good at selling. Dave Kloer is a great case manager and Matt Erpelding is one of the best marketing guys around. Knows his products inside and out and is always on the ball. You should be able to request them to work with you if you decide to go with the company, but I am not sure if they are at their max level of agents or not....and no, I do not get any compensation for the referral either.

Thank You for the reply. I checked out the company online and they look like a good organization. The only problem is going to be with the leads. I eventually want to buy my own, but at the present time I don't have the capital to do that. This is going to be my big problem in finding the right place.
