Looking for a IMO,GA, or Agency

I have been in the business for about 4 months. I am looking for an organization to work for that specializes in selling term life insurance over the phone, and has multiple carriers for example(AIG, Transamerica, ING, Genworth, West Coast & SBLI). An organization that has back office support and that can provide me with leads at a lower split( higher split for self-generated). I am licensed in Illinois and want to be eventually licensed in many more. My past experience was with a call center selling over the phone/internet. I am licensed in Illinois and may still be licensed in 28 other states if my former company did not close them out.
Can any one point me in the right direction.

In the beginning I would need leads, but I want to take that over as soon as possible.

1. What are the comissions on fully med polices?
2. Is each carrier different or the same commission across the board?
3. Do they have a case management option?
4. Do they advance on all life comapanys?
