Just a wag, but I doubt you will find anyone selling there. Unless things have changed, ME is a guaranteed issue, community rated state. Not much to pick from.

Trust me I know. I gave up on Health many many moons ago, other than overpriced HMOs we have Mega(yuck) and Anthem/BCBS and the last time I check they wanted a $1,000,000 per year of premium commitment to get appointed

Not if he had to live with it. Mega, Anthem or Dirigo Choice, oh and Dirigo is not allowing any new enrollees.
