Well it appears as if McCain's gonna be the GOP's boy...or is he. He'll get the nomination but is going to be lacking with full party support.

Obama and Hillary - too close to call. Obama won more states, Billary won the larger states thereby securing more delegates.

I'm still torn - brain is telling me to vote for McCain, gut is telling me to vote for Obama. I have a long time to decide.

I'm not seeing a scenario where the Dems don't win this. McCain cannot win with liberal backing and not rallying the conservatives. When far right conservative like Limbaugh and Coulter say they'll vote Dem that's a big deal.

The bottom line is McCain's a great man but really PO'd the GOP many times by not voting party on a lot of key issues. They see this as a chance for revenge.

I still say we don't have to worry about Hillary-care if she ends up getting in. She's basically for a national version of Mass. and as it stands now Mass. is a disaster - bleeding like a sieve. They already poured through $300 mill of federal money and now just told the fed they need millions more or the program will collapse by 2011. That's just one state.

McCain can sway a lot of voters his way by picking the "right" running mate. Huck...I mean Heck...I think we all know who he might pick...

Either of those two is an easy pick for me - I won't vote for either.

I do like Obama but I feel the 4 years will be torturous. Therefore, I would have to vote for the Hilderbeast, to once and for all be done with socialism. She will shrivel up and melt just like the Evil Witch of the East (or make that, Illinois).

Billary doesn't care me. If she gets in she can squawk about all social programs she wants - none of it will make it through the Senate.

I love her ideas. There's something called the appropriations committee where we actually have to find money for it.

Universal health care? Great idea. Who offsets the costs for guaranteed issue coverage? Who prevents the carriers from raising rates each year? We're due to go broke on SS, Medicare and Medicaid. Let's have her tackle that first.

I like this line about McCain, "You know he was a war hero? Yea, so was Benedict Arnold". So when is the bridge over the Rio Grande going to be built?

I think that it was a big win for Obama. To have made it this far and still be standing is amazing in light of the machine that he is up against. Obama's support has not peaked and if the primaries had been held two weeks from now he would have surpassed her in more states. Hillary polls better but Obama is gaining 5% a week. That is not pretty for her especially since the convention and the election are down the road a bit.
He has not stopped her but she sure as hell has not stopped him.

Hillary and Bill have tried the backbiting with Obama and that worked against them. And then they tried the lovefest with Obama at the debate and that was pleasant and grown up and all but it did not work to distinquish one from the other. Get ready for the next phase. Everyone sees them now as two kumbaya peas in the pod again but the election is no longer just Hillaries to lose. If she just drifts and avoids conflict then Obama's star will continue to rise. Plus, Hillary is out there all alone now. She tried using Bill as a charmer and then as a hatchet man and that was okay for a while but blew up in her face. I think Obama can beat her but he is going to have to leave behind any dumb ideas of being lovey-dovey enough to still be VP on the ticket. You cant campaign that way. Besides, it would always be a threesome anyway. Bill Clinton is going to be the de facto Vice President. Pity anyone who is Hillarys VP because you will have to go through Bill on everything.

Hillary has pictures of Obama or some type of scandal to be released at the appropriate time ("someone on my staff"). She just wouldnt be Hillary if that were not true. Although she is allegedly a feminist she hired countless investigators to discredit and smear every one of Bill's bimbos.
She is not likely to release it right off because that would give time for Obama to recover from the hit- but trust me- she has stuff to spring at the right time. Of course I dont mean her, I mean "someone on my staff released this without my authorization. I knew about it but refused to make it public because I dont want to run that kind of campaign."
Whatta guy she is. Margaret Thatcher would have stepped on her like a cockroach.
