Start in the A's and go all the way to the Z's. Look for people that have older fashioned first names like Orville, Gertrude, Francis, etc.. These types of names were all popular during that era.
It won't be 100 % accurate, but it will be 90 % accurate and it's free, and you have their phone number and you have their address. You can do a lot with all that info.

That is exactly the way I started. I was "promised" leads. The day I picked up my supplies I was also given my "leads".
My "leads" consisted of a voter registration list and the suggestion that if I was in an area where I didn't have a voter registration list I should get a phone book and look for "old" names. It not only worked, it worked extremely well.
I haven't tried it for a long time but I'll bet I can still sell Med Supps out of the phone book.
The most successful agents are the ones who learn how to prospect. Anyone can sell insurance once a qualified buyer is located.
