My husbands group policy uses Meritain and Beech Street. I believe Meritain is the administrator/customer service, and Beech Street is the insurance co. I have never been able to talk with anyone at Beech Street, strictly computer generated prompts. Not helpful at all. Seems that the coverage is much less than other insurance companies, especially lab charges. They don't seem to have any relationships with them. Meritain is helpful, but often tell me to contact Beech Street for more info, which is impossible. A great run around.
