I am happy to hear United/Golden Rule will be participating on the exchange this year. The most competitive carrier has a hard time paying agents. You must do triple work tracking your business, proving it is your business with the largest player in our area. (I don't want to say the name but not hard to figure out). We have agents that have not been paid for thousands in commissions from last open enrollment. I thought it would get better, but my last 3 apps that had qualifying events...seem to go into a 'black hole'.

As far as getting paid 'off the market' there is no problem getting paid with this carrier.
