I want to share with you something that I do that I think helps me with my sales. It sounds a little crazy, but it does help. On the way out to an appointment, I put on some good music or something that I think will raise me up a level or two. It puts me in a good mood when I show up.

The clients and tell what kind of a mood you are in and it can affect a sale.

I’m not going to tell you what kind of music I listen to, but it is the kind that makes you want to drive faster and makes me feel good.

You are so right about getting in the right mood. I don't take any calls before an appointment. Just let it go to voice mail, you can get it later.

I use the same music to get motivated to clean house.

I either masterbate or take drugs on the way. Either way, I'm in a better mood when I arrive.

Re: Music Before an Appointment             Go to Top

I call during the drive to try to setup other appointments. I like to keep the juices flowing. (Kind of like Rick only in a different way. ) If I'm not calling I'm running scenarios through my mind to prepare myself for anything I encounter.

I am very relaxed on the outside but totally alert and in tune with my surroundings and prepared for whatever may take place. This is what enables me to appear very relaxed, calm and "in charge".

Being alert as opposed to "super relaxed" works extremely well for me. The last thing I want to do during an appointment is fall asleep.

You made soda come out my nose. I'm not very happy about that, but it was totally worth it.

I tell my driver to rev the Bently up a bit past the speed limit and crank some jammin tunes like classic Bay City Rollers or if I'm feeling really saucy some of the Monkees.

Another death threat from yet another neo-con on this list. You're not the first, nor are you likely to be the last in this venue...but I take them all seriously.

Per usual, I send your screen name, the name of this site, its IP, the state you are licensed in and other info that I've found via my own research off to the FBI and let them research it, log it, and do what they want with it. I never know what happens, but I can only assume that some low-level agent-in-training looks you up on their databases or contacts this list owner for more info... and makes an entry on some other database... perhaps the no-fly list or some other "watch" list. I don't know.

There are some really stupid guys on this board, but the ones who post the kind of thing you've posted above ring the bell for the height of stupidity.

After Columbine and VA Tech, it is my understanding that postings like yours are taken seriously by the national authorities. But I could be wrong about that and at the end of the day, perhaps nothing will really happen as a consequence. Still, I report it (as a civic duty) and let them put you into the system... if indeed that is what they do.

You can stay cloaked here... but I doubt that the list owner would refuse a court order or even an informal FBI request for whatever info this board has on you.

You neo-cons can post a lot of trash here which I'm fine with. You want to call me names or insult my wife (thank you Moonlight) or question my parentage, religion, or sexual orientation, not a problem. Go for it. I can give as well as I get. But when you get into death threats, you've crossed a line... at least with me. Others may just shine it on... but I don't. If it bothers you neo-cons, I can live with that.

Al3 you really need to get back on the meds. And before you correct anyone else's spelling here maybe do a spell check on your website. Here is just a bunch of people talking insurance but on your site you should be as professional as you can be. Hopefully your not as rude to people that call you on the phone.

Yeah, well all you neo-cons are always preaching about "personal responsibility." The corollary to that is that words have consequences.

I look at it as exercising my "personal responsibility" in a civil and law-abiding way. After all, if I knew where he was the alternative would be to "take him out" as a preemptive move. I don't know how the neo-cons here (especially the gun nuts here) would think about that, but my guess is that is what THEY might do.

If someone makes a death threat against you... what do YOU do? You turn the other cheek and just shine it on? If so, fine. Not me. Who is to say that this "stormtracker" guy is not the next Columbine or VA Tech waiting to happen? You don't know who he is and I don't know who he is, so my feeling is that it's better to take precautions than do nothing... because you just never know.

If that is "weird" to you, so be it. I call it being personally responsible. The man talks about loading a gun with the possibility of seeing me. Explain to me how YOU would interpret that? A joke maybe? Yeah, I think Hitler made the same kind of joke.

As the old saying goes, "Your freedom (of speech) ends where my nose begins!"

Another example of tortured, junior college English composition.

Hopefully your not as
The word you are looking for is "your're" which is a contraction for "you are" while "your" is a possessive adjective.

Here, maybe this will help

You talk out of your ass. (possessive adjective)

You're an ass. (contraction of 'you are')

When it comes to guys like you... the meaning comes out the same.

I like to look at a vision board I made, while doing Tai Chi in my office between calls, and appointments. In the morning I like to listen to "your the best" from the Karate Kid, and also, the song the "got the glow", from the the Last Dragon. And I like to smoke a little greenery
