Well hello everyone,

New comer to this forum, although I have heard about it from many of my fellow agents. I am in the Life and Health business, with most of my concentration in Life. As I understand it, this is a good place to share and learn some ideas. I look forward to learning much from the experience members amongst you. I believe some agents here may know me already, and if we have had the pleasure of meeting or talking; please don't be a stranger.

/Regards
Tristan

It would seem in my rash desire to say "hello," I have posted this in the wrong section. I was not aware there is a section dedicated to introductions. I have tried to find a way to move this, and do not seem to see how. I request an administrator either delete or move this to the appropriate forum. Thank you

My first name is indeed Tristan. But "Peter" was my name when I was a pledge in college. You can imagine, that was pretty easy to come up with.

I too am in Raleigh. My main offices are located in Illinois and California. I have a few associations with a few brokerage in the local Raleigh area as well. I see you are mostly in the FE market, has that been treating you well?

My Isolde is happily sleeping in her bed, I would think. I believe we are doing Sunday Brunch tomorrow; I guess I had best check before I leave my Isolde waiting needlessly.

It is nice to see some people that recognize the origin of my name. It gives me hope that there is still intelligence left in this world. I had lost most hope recently after watching the news.

One and the same. In my defense, I was associated with him after the whole 0-prem and you can check from his website that I am no longer associated with him. He needed my assistance on a few areas in which I have a lot of experience, and I was given a fancy title for a while. From the sounds of the forum, it seems there is much dislike for Ali. I won't comment on the man either way, since I have had a working relations with him.

To preempt any questions - No, I do not have any pull to get you your $10 back.

And in the interest of honesty, I can also say that he still calls me for assistance in areas that I have influence, but there are a fair number of people that call me that the forum does not like. Certain firms out of Mississippi, Georgia, and Florida - none of which are very well taken here on the Forum - also ask for my assistance on certain matters. That being said, there are many firms that are liked by the forum that I am associated with. I care not to mention names, but I can say that I am my own entity and I don't work exclusively for anyone.

That being said, I respectfully request that you don't hold my prior association with him against me as a person; I was merely contracted with him to a job - as I'm sure many of you were as well...... for $10.

Dude, you admit to being that guy and you admit to an ongoing association with Parker and Asses. It would take another Miracle to not hold that against you.

I admit it because it's the truth. Would you rather have me lie?
