There are three ways they could take a domain away from you. One is through a UDRP, one is through a Wipo, or you can file a regular lawsuit.
It doesn't matter how generic the acronym is, if you can be proven to be profiting from their trademark, then they will probably win. Since the domains would be used for a life insurance type site, there would be clear trademark infringement and they would get the name from you.

The bottom line is the average person doesn't have the time or money to defend against a lawsuit....especially over a domain name that's probably not making them any money.
You could say "naa" stands for anything but the content of the site will prove your intent.

And the domain name that I used to own was just that also...securehorizonsdirect.com.
UHC wasn't even nice when they demanded I turn it over to them. Threatened me with a lawsuit if I didn't immediately comply.
My guess is that they paid their outside attorney firm at least $5,000 in time for all the email they sent along with phone calls. Not to mention the 3 page agreement that I wound up signing.
I suggested they pay me a few grand for the site but apparently it's better to pay attorneys.
My strong suggestion - don't f**k with the big boys.

A proverbial crap-load. And "waste" is the appropriate word for this event. "Waste" has several understood synonyms: Dung ... Manure ... Pile ... Doo-Doo ... feel free to chime in anytime.....

Wait for the next Barry, Andy, and Phillip Roadshow to come to your town and set up a yard sale at the Holiday Inn/50 cent a piece. No wait, you should burn it. It could corrupt other Newbies. It's like my Pastor says,"When you get rid of your pornography don't just throw it in the garbage because children may find it, you need to burn it."

Re: NAA (National Agents Alliance) ProductsGo to Top
Well i would still like to learn more about them and how they do things. i am not so much concered with listening to people bicker back and forth about who succeeded with them and who got screwed by them, i would rather have information from inside and decide for myself. not saying that i don't value the opinions on this forum, they are great, they are the reason i am doing so much research on them before i ever decide to join them or not. when i research them, i try to find as much bad stuff about them and as much good stuff about them as i can and try and make an informed decision. so again, if anyone would like to unload this "crap", feel free to email with info on how i can aquire it. much obliged.

We communicated via email the other day. Sorry, but all of the stuff is gone.
