NAIFA and Young Advisors Team?

I was looking at joining the NAIFA and was wondering what everyone thought of them? Also can the Young Advisors Team be helpful to a new agent and if so how?

NAIFA does a lot of lobbying for our industry.

I've gotten numerous referrals from fellow NAIFA members.

It's a good thing to get to know the other agents in your locality, most of them are willing to lend a hand, share wisdom, or give some guidance to new guys.

You can get CE credits at certain meetings.

It's a very good thing, wish I'd done it sooner.

They've got the best overall magazine out there.

I don't qualify for Young Advisors so I can't speak to that.
