Anyone here in the Nationwide associate agent program or know anything about it? Is it working for you? Do you feel its fair to you as well as beneficial to the primary agent? What are "your" job responsibilities?

My lunch partner for many years is involved in that type of program. But he left Nationwide's program and went with Allstate. I don't know why.

He has all of his securities licenses, and his job with N-Wide was to generate additional lines of business (other than P&C) for the main broker.
