Need Advice

I have a client looking for FE for her parents. That is not my market and I will be willing to hand this off to someone licensed in GA. Just want to get some idea if coverage is available and how much it would cost for $10,000 or so.

Here are the particulars.

My dad is 71 years old and his health is pretty good. He is on medication for blood pressure (which is controlled) and medication for dementia. Even with the dementia which is mild at this point, he is still in good health. My mom is 65 years old. She is also on medication for high blood pressure which is controlled. She does see a kidney specialist. She is not on dialysis or anything like that. She has polycystic kidney disease. Her condition is also well controlled at this point. She also has low vision (dry macular degeneration). I would say she is in fair to good health. Her activities are limited only due to her low vision.

I have two companies that offer guaranteed issue graded life insurance...basically, if they are still alive after 2 yrs then they will have $10,000 coverage....If not then their beneficiaries will receive all the monthly payments plus interest (5%-10%)

He can get coverage at 10k for 80.10 a month. Also your Mom can get FE coverage for 45.00 a month. Let me know if you are interested and I could help find an agent in GA if need be.
