Need Advise on a Florida GA

Hey all, new to the Health side here in Florida. I am looking for a BCBSFL GA to work under. Am interested in a GA for BCBSFL called Alliance and Associates in North Florida. Any of you health guy's/gals familiar with them? Interviewed with the owner who "promised me the world" , i.e. good comm. rate, lots of leads, office support etc.. On the flipside, through the grapevine, have heard of a high agent turn-over rate, lawsuits, comm. money owed etc. Would appreciate the feedback as I have to make a decision soon. Thanks a ton
