Need a script for telemarketer

I'm planning on hiring a couple telemarketers. I need a script for them to use to get the leads. Not the sales script I will use. Anyone got a good one?

Who are you calling? What are you selling? Are you trying to set appointments or close the deal?

There are a lot of variables here, I wouldn't even know where to begin.

To add to Joe's comment.

1) Have you telemarketed yourself?
2) Do you track your results?
3) Can you motivate somebody to call 4 hours a day when you can't.
4) Will you be able to manager your telemarketers constantly.

I'm not trying to pick on you, but don't make the same mistake I did when I first started by hiring telemarketers without obtaining the experience first.

There are quite a few scripts on here that Healthagent, Bob the Insurance Guy, Delta and I. etc. etc. have written.

I will have the caller call businesses. No they will not be setting the appointment. Really just doing what the telemarketers do that you buy leads from. I want them making 40-60 calls an hour.
